Deleted settings 'button' how to do I get it back?

I was trying to clean up the main page of CF, so I went into the settings and deleted stuff I didn't use from the main page like the EQ, Camera, and radio buttons. I accidentally deleted the settings button too, so I'm in a catch 22 because I need to go into the settings menu to put it back on my page but I can't do the obviously because my settings menu is removed.

How do I edit my main CF file so I can get settings back into the main page?
