ADS USB Radio

Did anyone manage to get this to work with CF?

Also I see there is a dll apparently for it, but I cant get CF to see it, where do I have to copy it to.

Did you try dropping it in, NOT installing any software and then cycling through the CF options? We had good luck doing that with this radio:
