The maps for Brazil I added support for and that we support are GDT, they will be sold on the website soon...

I can look to make this read from a config file but of course Destinator did not make it easy, I do it based on a number category ID, which you have no way of getting... Doing it based on text for all the different countries would have been a nightmare, but it ended up being a nightmare anyway...

1.46 will include a file called poicategories.xml, this will let you override what the category ID's are for each map in your folder...

Also included is a DestinatorPOI.exe file which will load up and give you the category ID for each POI in the list... You will figure out what the ID is for your map, then enter it into the poicategories.xml file and it should load up and work for all maps that are setup...

Hey David... in the 1.43 update you mentioned:

Quote:
This will also reset your button actions.

In the final 1.50 final release it will be an upgrade and not change any of
your settings, this is just in the Beta updates.

This will also change your default skin to the new Aura skin, you can
easily change this back in Settings if you are using the older skins.

Is this still an issue with 1.45 or the upcoming 1.46?

it is, I might update the program that runs after installation to ask a few questions or something so this will not be an issue...

if I get time before 1.46 I will do this, otherwise I hope to turn this all into 1.50 by next week which will for sure not do it...

I've noticed a small problem with the new gps layout. I have hibernated 5 or 6 times since installing the update and the new translucent zoom buttons and the sat receiver icon (which IMO isn't the best looking icon anyway with its white background) have moved to the upper leftside of the screen. I'm at work now and can't take a screenshot, but if you imagine that the gps window (the map area only) is divided into 4 quadrants, the top left quadrant is where the all 3 of the zoom buttons and sat icon are now located.

Hi, I volunteer for Portuguese translations, if you need.

By the way, in the future (not an issue), that will be great to have Brazilian Portuguese, there are minor differences from iberian Portuguese.

After the 1.45 update, I am experiencing an issue in the Navigation screen. The distance in the Next Turn and Turn List are not decreasing while you drive. Previously it was decreasing to show how many miles/meters to the Next Turn.
