Centrafuse 1.47 Update

Here is Centrafuse 1.47

http://www.fluxmedia.net/downloads/CF147.exe

This fixes many issues in 1.46 and adds some nice new features...

Read the release notes for complete list...

http://forums.fluxmedia.net/showthread.php?t=2153

This update will not change your settings, it will keep existing settings...

There are still a few issues being worked on for the final 1.50 release, as well as a few features that need testing in this release...

Here is a list of remaining known issues...

http://forums.fluxmedia.net/showthread.php?t=1660

Great work!
I'll throw this on the system later on and report any issues, however it does look like this release knocks out quote a few niggling problems and the new features list is very impressive...

yeah... trying to figure out where to put this... Having 3 functions on a button was confusing to most people and the screen black out was never being used, many support emails about adding a function that was already there... so we improved this and made it actually turn the screens off and the button only do 2 functions, and black out made since here...

any ideas on where you would want this function? How many users use that function?

Looks like there may be an issue with the Navi voice too David.

The music mutes whenever a turn comes up, but nobody's talking any more.

David,

I'm still getting the screen at the beginning about it being an expired beta... is there a way to get rid of this? It's very annoying, and the OK button is not very finger-friendly.

I will check into this, might have something wrong with the update... It should have removed all the SPX files and replaced the voice files with WAV files, which should fix the stutter issue some users had...

What language do you have set? Does it say the Drive Carefully?

ok, I think this is caused by the new function that sets navigation voice to a set level, then restores the volume... I think it might just be too low...

open System\Settings.xml and change NAVSOUNDLEVEL from 8 to something more like 25 and see if it fixes the issue... Let me know what value works for you and if this fixes your issue...

This works, though it have to be higher than 25. My opinion.
I love that the screen now turns completely off, rather than just making it black! Thanks

Everyone please help me come up with the best default value for the NAVSOUNDLEVEL, what you have working in the car, house, mobile computer, etc...

Thanks for the feedback!

David

I take it back...I lost all my plugin main buttons ...APOI, iGuidance, Audio Properties, RadioShark...
And I'm having a hard time restoring them.
I added them thru the plugins menu, but they don't show back up!

Had to go back in and add them thru button config setup

How bout adding a setting/button for that in the navigation settings menu, so each one can customize this?

I have mine set a 90 on my home pc for testing. I'll check the sound level in my car later.

90 would bring the volume to 90% for both main and wave volume, this is very very loud on my PC, and would blow you away in the car... Open the windows mixer and see if both levels are raising properly... Made the wave is not being controlled on some making the value need to be higher or something...
