How to tuner TV Channels

Hi,
I'm trying to use TV Plugin with Terratec Cinergy 600.

I've a question, how should I tuner the channels?

When I lounch Tv plugin I've only the possibility to move up/down, but all the channels aren't tuned.

I've taken a look to the channels.xml file and I would like to know what does it mean.

Quote:
<CHANNELS>
<CHANNEL NUM="2" />
<CHANNEL NUM="3" />
<CHANNEL NUM="4" />
<CHANNEL NUM="5" />
<CHANNEL NUM="6" />
...
...
<CHANNEL NUM="68" />
<CHANNEL NUM="69" />
</CHANNELS>

the number is the "position" or is the relative frequence of the channel?

for exmple, in Italy the channel 66 is MTV and has the frequency 831.250.000 Hz, where do I have to put this number? in the channels.xml file?

thank you,
pijo.
