watch video while driving

hello, was looking thru these threads to find someting similar, but no luck..

how can i disable whatever does that a video cannot be watched while the vechicle is moving? i am ofcourse not looking , but i have passangers who`d like to watch a music video, or go into windows and google something without exiting CF.. i am driving 1600 miles this friday, long way without anything to watch while in the passanger seat.. and is there a quick way to get the warnings at the start to go away?

thanks..
