So just before I decide to purchase Centrafuse, can sygic work fully integrated yet? As I want to use sygic instead of the destinator for it's graphical benefits, rate of updates and a generally cleaner GUI. But obviously this only works well if it's fully integrated!

I have Centafuse and Sygic Drive XP RC12 with latest 2009 maps... How do I get them working together? I understand english fine but other languages aren't really helpful for me :S

I've downloaded the patch app thing and ran it, showed it the Sygic directory and it came up with some dialog but got no idea what it said...

Opened Centrafuse and nothings changed?

Ok i ran it again, same thing, directory etc and this time it's given me a Sygic button in CF however, the version isn't supported by the plugin! Doesn't allow for muting etc

Also, it seems to make Sygic buggy? Runs fine as a standalone app but when it's inside centrafuse it just seems a bit rough?

Any ideas?

the RC-versions are already patched for cf/carpc-frontends

i made it this way:
copied the windowsxp directory from inside the sygic and renamed it for example windowsxpbackup
then i copied the patch to the windowsxp directory and installed the plugin SygicCF

after having successfully installed the plugin i deleted windowsxp and renamed the windowsxpbackup to windowsxp

then you have to switch the Mute hotkey in CF to Alt+6 to work with Sygic...

perhaps this helps
rc11 and rc12 work this way but rc12 doesn't mute ... perhaps they've changed the hotkey that is sent out by sygic. i will find out

What patch do you install in to the newly created windowsxp directory?

you only copy the patch-files to your windowsxp folder because of the plugin. this will install completely only with this patch

Ok...

1) Create new empty WindowsXP folder within Drive folder (Original WindowsXP folder renamed)
2) Copy patch files to WindowsXP folder (cf_mm.dll, binmay.exe & patch.bat)
3) Run SygicCF Plugin intaller

Result = "VPatch: No suitable patches were found"

1) Create duplicate WindowsXP folder and all files inside it(Original WindowsXP folder renamed)
2) Copy patch files to WindowsXP folder (cf_mm.dll, binmay.exe & patch.bat)
3) Run SygicCF Plugin intaller

Result = "Audio is not enabled because it's a newer version than SygicCF expected to find (basically, but it was in another language!)"

Tried all the above so far and as you can see, no joy

Going to copy an older version of Sygic, apply the patch etc and then copy the RC12 version back into the WindowsXP folder and see if that does anything.

I've got the patch working fine now to contain sygic inside CF but the audio doesn't mute on instructions and it says I cant enable it due to the version.

Only other bug is when you've got Sygic in CF, and you are accessing Sygics menu or choosing a destination etc... Then click on the Home button while still in Sygics menu, it will fudge up when you re-enter Sygic and you'll get the splash screen stuck until you randomly click in the window space often selecting something you didn't mean to in Sygic which is behind the splash screen! Anyone found this? Or fixed it?
