help, centrafuse changed size/location..

I've been trying to work out the bugs on my system, and a new one has risen. I left my flash drive plugged in and when I restarted the pc, it checked for consistency on the flash, when I started centrafuse, it was high and to went off the screen to the right. I can't find the setting to change it back to 800x640. Anybody run into this problem?

You need you enable advanced settings, it then should appear under graphics page 2 I believe.
