All the answers were found on the CF forum (http://forums.fluxmedia.net):

place a file in the icons sub folder for the skin, name it the same as your application "<externalapplicationname>.png"

You just have to modify/replace the logo.png image inside the folder of the skin you are using (i.e. centrafuse/skins/aura folder for aura skin)

From the CF Faq:

How to turn on Advanced Settings within the Centrafuse settings.
NOTE: If you have the 2.1 version (or newer) installed, simply touch SETTINGS, then page down to the bottom of the list and select ADVANCED SETTINGS and click SETUP. This will prompt you to enable Advanced Settings mode.

1) On the settings screen hold down the Plus ( + ) sign for 6 seconds. In order for this to function properly, you will need to turn off auto right click on your touch screen if you have it enabled. Please see this FAQ for instructions on how to do this: http://forums.fluxmedia.net/faq.php?...oot#faq_nowork

2) You will need to know how to add a switch to the short cut for Centrafuse. To do this, please follow the directions below:
Right click on the Centrafuse icon -> Select ‘Properties’ -> in the ‘Target’ field, after: "C:\Program Files\Flux Media\Centrafuse\centrafuse.exe" add the desired switch. For a list of possible switches, please see below.

All the optional parameters you can pass into your shortcut are as follows and allow for the described functions:

–advsettings: adding this switch allows for advanced settings to be always enabled within the Centrafuse settings. Those settings can be seen here compared to the standard settings: http://forums.fluxmedia.net/faq.php?...t#faq_settings

–nolimit: adding this switch allows you to use every function within Centrafuse while driving.

–nowarning: adding this switch prevents the driver warning from popping up when Centrafuse starts.

–logevents: adding this switch causes Centrafuse to log all events. Use this setting if support asks you to turn it on for troubleshooting reasons.

–disable3rdplugins: adding this will disable all 3rd party plug-ins currently installed for Centrafuse. This switch should be run when you think you have experienced a bug and are trying to recreate it or troubleshoot it. If you cannot reproduce the bug or issue with this switch enabled, then it is most likely tied to a specific plug-in. You must also run this switch when reporting a bug to the Centrafuse team as outlined in the Bug Reporting Rules.
