camsgs3: The *** shows up when something is too big to fit inside its space... All my labels will scroll if the text put in them is too long... they scroll with "text *** text"... It looks like the width in the screenshot isn't 800 or 848, did you make a smaller skin? It is normal for the song to scroll, but the volume and time should fit within their space and not start scrolling...

On one of my machines D3 (latest build w/hotfix 3) embeds fine, on the other however it won't embed. Can't figure out why. The strange thing is that most other apps embed fine in both machines, except D3 and PhoneControl that is. The "working" setup is an Win XP PRO SP2 - English, the non-working setup is Win XP PRO, SP2 - Norwegian. D3 just won't embed, PhoneControl gives me a more serious error:

Something like this:

Reinstalled Centrafuse and removed some codecs, and the volume seems to work normal. I've also gotten a little more used to the music manager. This program rocks.
I really can't wait for the next version with the new skin. David, how much more until it will be released?

Cris: I will be releasing a small update probabaly late tonight... CF 1.11... This will include a couple of bug fixes and MAJOR graphical improvements... I increased the speed a ton and lowered the CPU drastically... I also fixed all the redraw problems... I can move between modes instantly on my M10000 now!!

Trying to finish that up...

As for 1.2... Not giving any timeframe yet... just release 1.1 like two days ago ... It shouldn't take me long... Less time than between 1.0 and 1.1... The holidays is what slowed that update down...

later,
David

1.11 will just be a binary update... All you will need to do is overwrite the centrafuse.exe file...

Also when you uninstall centrafuse it doesn't delete your playlist files... So in the future you can uninstall and then re-install centrafuse and your playlists will show back up...

Hi I have just downloaded Centrafuse yesterday, I have not installed it on my car pc as of yet. but this is far the best piece of software I've used so far.

Has anyone got Infomap Navigator to work on it???

I am using CARMEDIA at the moment and it loads Infomap within itself and allows me to bring up the windows on screen keyboard which I can used to enter a desination in and also open touchtray which allows me to right click on the map.

Is there anyway this can be done in Centrafuse or is there another way I can get GPS working?????
