Orange/Red skin for 1.3
EDIT: DONE. MOVED! See this thread for official release of the skin (Orange Heat WS)
This is my first shot at it... this should match the orange/red combination of some vehicles. This is a perfect orange match to my Honda...
Also, I really don't like the original 'texturized' buttons on the main and apps screens. I need to change that.
Finished all the screens, but not convinced about the RED hilite. It doesn't stand out too much...
EDIT: Third screnshot shows my actual dash colors. I noticed there is a yellowish accent on some of the itme. I will use that as the hilite color, instead of the Red. It will stand out more. After updating the files I will make them available if someone hosts them.
EDIT2: Holy crap, I have no gas!

both of those are html colors in the skin.xml file... screen1 needs to have the SECONDCOLOR changed in SETUP/BUTTONS/SECTION1 through SECTION6
screen2 needs the highlight color changed... SCREENS/MUSIC/MAINPANEL/HIGHLIGHTCOLOR
there is a highlight for all mainpanels so you will want to change it in musicmanager, filebrowser, and presets

OK, I'm finished with the Orange/Red/Amber skin.
I also got tired of the extremely 'techno' and 'hi tech' fonts on the default interface, so I chose a new font for the main menu. I am also using Arial for list views etc., until I find something nicer.
Who can host this 2.5 MB file?

What font did you use for the main menu?

David,
It is called FORGOTTEN FUTURIST. It is freeware, see it here:

BTW, dafont.com is an *awesome* freeware font resource.

Great work on the Amber skin, justintime! It almost makes up for having to listen to you whine for the past week about our release
It's a really nice color I plan on adding as an option to my skin.
