connect button

I use EDGE/GPRS to connect to the internet via bluetooth.

I have a dial up connection setup in windows to connect and if I want to connect I close centrafuse and bring up the connection and then load up centrafuse again.

I have noticed that the old "connected" in green and "disconnected" in red in ver 1.2 have been replaced with a button that says either disconnect when you are connected and connect when you are not in ver 1.4. Currently when i press this button nothing happens regardless of whether or not i am connected. How do I set centrafuse up to use my dialup connection when I press on the "connect" in version 1.4? I checked all the XML files and the settings and did not see a way.

By the way excellent progress on the application, I love the changes. Took more time to setup and configure the buttons to my liking, but in the end it is much cleaner and faster.

Haven't tried in 1.4, but I followed david's instructions of go into the Internet Properties in the Control Panel..

Go to the Connections tab,

Select the connection you want, and choose 'dial whenever a network connection is not present'. Then the connect/disconnect should work..

Don't try to connect outside of Centrafuse, I don't know if it'll capture the online status or not..
