Map Monkey+CF1.5

did somebody get this to work already?

I keep on getting errors...

I have as windowname "Map Monkey - [GPS]"

ok figured out why it is not working...

CF 1.5 Starts up destanator. this is wy mapmonkey is not working...

Is there a way tho remove the plugin until there is a version of the plugin with more features?

Otherwise i am forced to use CF1.4...

Tools -> Plugins -> Highlight GPS and hit the - I think removes it?

yes... this will remove it... you can add it back later with "+" and it will be in inactive plugins folder...

but when i do this, cf still starts a part of destinator, and i still can't start mapmonkey..

map monkey works fine without cf loaded..

And no other nav program works.... (just for info, i reinstalled my system before i installed cf)

Make sure there is no Destinator folder in the plugins folder... move it to the inactive plugins folder manually, which is what "-" should have done... then it will not load destinator...

ok the problem is not that it does'n't move it to the inactive map... That it does.

But on my laptop (different system) it wil always repair cf and reinstall the plugin!!

Is there a way to install CF without the plugin?

Because now i really am forced to go back to cf 1.4 since i can't get navigation to work..

well i just went for a test drive withe the integrated GPS, i actually like it!

accept it is in Yards end miles, and i would like it in KM and meters... is it possible to change this?

The features that i am really missing are:

- Home button
- Speedcam database
- Language change (but for now just install mapmonkey and change voice to any language, the integrated gps will take this setting...

)
- Speed on the screen.
- make it start in 3d mode instead of 2d.

But back ontopic, i still cannot remove the plugin...

that's the windows installer... I didn't think about that... I will fix this and tell windows not to udpate these if removed with the next installer...

Any idea when that comes? i really like the features in Cf 1.5 And would like to start using en testing it. But this issue is keeping me of using it...
