Did I miss something?

Quick question...

I apologize in advance if this is stupid.

On the product page, there are screenshots of CF 1.5. When I first downloaded the 1.5 release, this is what CF looked like.

Now, I re-downloaded CF and the interface is completely different. Not as different in David's "The new look of Centrafuse" thread, but definitely different than the first 1.5 copy I downloaded.

I thought maybe it was a skinning issue, but no other skins were offered with the latest version that I downloaded.

Is this the new look?

Everything is different though, even the way that the options pages are handled (i.e. you have to manually hit 'next' to advance through the menus, etc.)

Like I said, I thought that this was a skinning issue so I downloaded a 1.5 skin and tried to use it. CF crashed, and it crashed hard... I still can't get it to run even after uninstalling and reinstalling. Which isn't a big deal because I was just using it in a VMWare virtual machine and not on my actual car pc.

Were there two 1.5 releases?

Or am I delusional?

Thanks for the response.

I have many copies of CF on many different VMs now, lol...

I definitely have 1.5.2130.30008, which is the version that I downloaded the day 1.5 was released. Just tested it out and working fine.

I installed CF on a different VM using a brand new 1.5 download and it is still 1.5.2130.30008, as confirmed.

I can't get into the other version of CF on a different machine... it will crash and ask me to debug so I can't check the version number. But, I still have the folder on my HDD, so I took a look at the actual executable, and it's telling me that it is version 1.0.1873.1713... which is a lot lower than 1.5.2130.30008.

This leads me to the conclusion that I'm a complete moron. I might have had an old version kicking around. That's the problem with so many VMs.

Sorry about that!
