Removing Phonecontrol?

I dont want to use phone control but the wizard pops up every time i load centrafuse. The More info... button says to remove the "wizard" file to stop this but the only file i found was PhoneCtlWizard.exe and removing it caused errors when trying to start Centrafuse.

What am i missing?

You can just pick any phone in the list and complete the setup. I did that and everything works fine.

I tried that but then centrafuse wouldnt load. Every time it would load I'd get a bunch of .NET errors, and the only way i could fix them was to reinstall (centrafuse).

Not sure why it didnt work for me...

if you go into more info it bring you to a web site and tells you how to disable it. You have to go remove a file. sorry I dont know exactly which one.

Or you can drag the phone plugin folder in the flux forlder (default installation) into the disabled plugins folder.

Exactly the same problem here. I have tried to follow the instructions on the PhoCo website:
Quote:
This Setup Wizard will help you to Setup PhoneControl.NET.
If you don't want the Wizard to do this for any reason, please click "Cancel" and confirm the question with "Yes".

After that, please delete the file "wizard" from the PhoneControl.NET installation directory otherwise the Wizard will be started on next run of PhoneControl.NET again.

...so, I removed the "PhoneCtlWizard.exe" file from C:\Program Files\Flux Media\Centrafuse\PhoneControl.NET folder. However, after doing this I get the following:

Am I removing the wrong file?

OK, this works. To be specific, the folder is called "pluginsinactive".
