Question centrafuse: wich audioplayer engine is used

hello

does anyone know wich media engine is used in centrafuse, or has he made one his own..?

it is really great software you have made, but i would like to try to make my own, and i dont like winamp because of the sdk's limitations i think..!

just one question though.. are you using a directx sdk, og are you just using the library..?

It all depends on what language you are writing in... It's all going to be C++, but you can call from VB, and interop in .NET... Just do some research into audio/video playback using DirectX... I don't recommend using managed DirectX, which is what I use to use... It was a terrible attempt by Microsoft to wrap up and simplify DirectX use in .NET...
