New version coming soon, Apologize for delays
The new version will be released soon. I still have a few outstanding items to work on, but for the most part it's finished...
The next release will not be 1.7, but Centrafuse XLE RC1 (Release Candidate 1)
There has been a lot of testing internally prior to this release, which we never did previously. This, along with 3rd pary delays, has caused the extended release, but it should be worth the wait to get the most stable complete version of Centrafuse that we will have released yet...
hold on just a little longer and it will be here before you know it... I want to get it out just as bad as you guys want it...
david

Yes, thanks David...
Glad to hear that we're in Release Candidate territory now.
It seems to show that you guys have put a lot of testing into it internally and have a lot of faith in its current stability.
Really looking forward to this release.

It means that this release is considered to be almost stable enough to be the official production release.
When software is developed, a few release candidate versions are given out just before the software is no longer in beta. This tells testers that the product is very stable and that after bugs which are found in the release candidates are fixed, the product will be officially released (no longer in beta).
I am typing this after just waking up. I hope this make sense to you.

Way to go David... thanks for the update. Sounds like this will be a great CF release... perhaps the best since 1.4!
