Feature request: A separate volume control for each plugin

This one came up today. I generally listen to my music much louder than I would want to hear the phone. It would be nice to be able to specify a fixed volume for phone calls. (It would also be nice if the volume buttons in CF worked while you were on a call! and perhaps the mute button could double up as a privacy button that mutes the mic too?)

Then I remembered an old car radio of mine, it had a feature where you could adjust the RELATIVE volume of the radio and the aux in (CD player was fixed) so that there was no sudden change in volume when switching sources.

I think CF should implement both of these. Specifically the entertainment sections (Media, radio, satellite & TV) need to have relative volume controls and the utility sections (destonator, PhoCo, voice prompts) need to have an absolute volume control.

Any thoughts?

I will look into the volume not working while in a phone call, those should work... that is weird...

Those are some good ideas... I will think about it... focused on getting bugs fixed right now, but added a few of the items to a future consideration list...

Could it be because the "Calling Joe Bloggs..." dialogue is modal and thus you can't click anywhere else? I didn't think to try the menu or exit buttons.

If you click the answer button on the dialog, it will go away and you can control Centrafuse... You hangup by going back into Phone and hitting hangup. It will auto disconnect when the other end hangs up anyway...

Seconded! All of my sources are out of balance...
