Every time I start up CF it acts as if I've never used it before, asks me to change all the major settings, but it won't do anything with them. This is a big problem for me because my LCD screen runs best at 640x480 and so CF runs off the screen in default mode. It doesn't matter whether I restart the program or the computer or anything, it just won't save what I enter. Any ideas?

The same has happened to me. It worked fine since I installed RC2, few days back it just reverted back to original settings and what ever I do I can't get the old settings back. Seems like the config files have corrupted and reinstall is needed. I think I'll wait for RC3.

and when the config is done (again!), the labels on the buttons are empty, and nothing works anymore...

My labels were blank also, but I never got far enough to find out if things worked because the program was bigger than my screen.
