traffic.com has more information for just about every us city, but it is not just an image that can be displayed, it would be the entire webpage. not really that thorough either.
ive actually been looking for about an hour and cant seem to find a good traffic map for the Washington DC metro area. sucks...
That was just an example of the new Web Links features... You can go into settings and hit the "+" sign and add web links, name them whatever you want, associate an icon, and point to any URL for any purpose...
