Feature Request - File manager

I know I am not the only one with friends who bring their usb flash drives, thumb drives, or whatever you want to call them into my car and ask me for some songs or a movie or something. I have to exit out of centrafuse (no desktop button yet) open windows explorer and try and navigate with a touchscreen through it (not that easy). So I was wondering if there is the possibility of a file manager that is touchscreen friendly to drag and drop files. If there is something of this sort already I am sorry for asking, but I am not informed of it. So if anyone has any information, please point me in the right direction. Thanks in advance!

Hmm... well, you can get around exiting out of CF by using this plugin:

http://www.mp3car.com/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=86536

Past that, I do what you're talking about in that I plug my H10 into the car and play tracks via USB all the time. The way I deal with it is that I have the drive letter that the H10 grabs defined as a Music Folder and browse the media through the "Music Folders" option within the Media page.

Actually, that is no longer needed, since CF now has a built-in MINIMIZE function!
