Cam Plugin

I haven't found any documentation for CF, so forgive me if I missed it. I'm curious about the cam plugin. Is it made to be used with a standard webcam (thinking of using my 'logitech quickcam for notebooks pro' that is laying around). what features come along with this webcam feature (recording, snapshots, etc?), and does the video appear stretched out if the cam is only 4:3? Thanks.

Could someone please help me out or recommend a good cam (David)? I'd hate to waste 50 bucks if that is not what this feature is for. Or if there is documentation about this, please point me in the right direction because I can't find any. Thanks.

Philips NC900 works great with CF. It gives really good picture even at very low light and i'm using it for recording at night as well.

david,

Do you think it would be possible to put Webcam in fullscreen mode like the video mode does insted of a "windowed" cam fullscreen ?

do you really need that 50 pixels? It allows you to fullscreen/non-fullscrenn it, take snapshots, record video, etc...

I will consider an option, but as a future feature... focused on the bugs...

david
