Controlling Rear and Sub With Audigy 2 ZS

i know how you would set it up for the m1000 onboard sound (and all via chipsets i presume) but how can you have CF take control of the rear and sub control on the audigy 2 ZS?

it sucks because i have pre/main/front where i want it, then i just have sub and rear at the bottom... doesnt look nice, and makes it hard to just disable speakers

so... help? please david or anyone else ^^

edit: the drivers probably dont let you... do they?

Correct.. it is a driver issue. Just curious, but are you using kx project drivers or just the standard drivers? I know David got a chance to fix the problem with CF and the kx project drivers not working together. I think he did mention when he gets time he will try to fix it, but I don't think it is a top priority (i'm talking about the kx project drivers in specific)

kx drivers

yeah i dont use em, although they are better quality and more efficient too, they arent nearly as stable, so i went with the lesser creative...

and i dont think he fixed the problem, i updated my drivers a couple weeks ago to that after installing the new verison of CF and they still didnt work

You can also use the YouPax Drivers with Audigy 4 Software, it works lika a charme. I switched from kX drivers and is works fine.
