Double Trouble

David, when launching Routis using the RoutisLauncher app, CF will open multiple instances of Routis every time you press GPS. In other words, CF doesn't realize Routis is open when using RoutisLauncher. Could you look into why this is happening? The RoutisLauncher app worked fine with the prior version of CF

This is because I added code to check to see if the embedded apps were still running every time you click. I base this check on the info supplied in the GPS Application field in setup. When you use the routislauncher it launches Routis and then is gone. Every time you click the GPS button my program see's that the routislauncher program isn't loaded and thinks it needs to reload the GPS application. Not sure how I will fix this one... First thing I would try is to rename the routislauncher.exe to routis.exe and place in another folder, if that's possible. This might fix the problem.

It didn't work. I even used res hacker to change the internal name of routislauncher to routis with no avail.

Does it check for the window handle, window name, exe name, path?

asci01: I look for the actuall process "routis.exe" or whatever it may be, but I look based on whats put in the GPS Path. So as long as your GPS path ended with routis.exe or whatever routis shows in Processes under taskmanager, it should work...

This is what I did. I renamed RoutisLauncher.exe as Routis.exe and put in the folder under c:\program files\Deluo\Routis\Launcher\. This files calls the real Routis.exe which is on c:\program files\Deluo\Routis\ but I still get multiple Routis opened every time you click on GPS.

So if there's no way to get around this, could you make the "check for GPS running" feature an option that can be enabled/disabled, please.
