Heck if I know! I've been trying to figure it out. I'll send you a couple that work and a couple that don't.

I sent it but it's 20 megs. Hoefully your email server doesn't block it. Let me know if it does.

About the wierd tags:
I got one of those, re-tagged the file by first removing the tag and
then adding it again.. Rebuilt the library and it was fixed..

Don't know if this helps any, but that was how I fixed it..

Cheers

Haven't seen that tagproblem

I'm having problems with the adding of songs to the playlist. it will never add just one song, instead it adds the whole album i'm in even if it says song added, and I can't add more then one album because it just picks the album I added last.

I hope thats a bug and that it isn't programed to be so.

/Jonas

BUG First time setup needed every time at startup, No text in buttons

Hello everybody,

I did a clean install of my system this weekend. All the apps are working great. I also was verry pleased to see 1.4 release so my install is perfect up2date.

But, every time i start up CF it says: You must enter setup
The setting file gets updated, i also asks my to overwrite and it does.

The next problem is i have no text in my buttons
As you see on the screenshot i have attached there is no text in the buttons.
Also i can click the button and i see the green light flash but nothing else on the screen changes.

All my other apps work great.

Here also my log file but i don't get what this means:

Scrolling through lists changes current song 'focus'

If you are scrolling page up / page down in a playlist (e.g.: you have loaded an album, and are now clicking the UP and DOWN buttons to reveal more songs in the list), CF will set focus to the first song on the displayed items every time you click UP/DOWN. The problem is that you might be playing SONG1, you click 'down' button to see what else is down there, and all of a sudden song #8 is hilited, even though you are playing song#1. What's even worse, is that if you now click the NEXT-SONG button (FWD button) it will jump to song #9 instead of going to song #2.

Adding to justintime's post:
You can't pause a song either because of the selection moving..
It starts playing the song selected....

do you have singleclick enabled? If so the logic is different... Everything you select is one level back... When you select an album with single click it automatically pulls that album up, but doesn't select anything in the new list... At that point the album is selected... so hitting load or "+" deals with the album... if you then select a song it automatically starts playing that song... You have less options when using single click, but there are only so many ways to implement it...

m-ruiter: It can't read one of your config files... you have something invalid in your config.xml or it's not valid xml... Did you manually edit any of these files? It could also be a corrupt or improperly edited language file or externalapps.xml...

S7347H: what OS? That is the very first part of CENTRAFUSE that checks to make sure no other instances of CENTRAFUSE are running...

This was also present in 1.3:

If you do a "ADD MUSIC" (instead of rebuild) and select a folder, a dialog appears that says 'Rebuild / Close'. It seems like it is doing something in the background (adding the music as requested?) but you cannot click on any of the buttons. There is no progress display either. It's just a little strange, Im sure you'll agree!

it should be displaying files that it is adding... if you select a folder that contains filenames that are already in the DB, then they will not be added... If you wait does it display how many songs it added when finished? run it and do not try and click any of the buttons until it's finished and see what it says...

If I do not touch anything, the dialog stays on screen, no progress shown. When finished, it does show the total songs added.

Note: I am selecting my 'Music' folder root, because as I understood it, this is the way to update the new files added (instead of doing a full rebuild).
