If Video folder not set, 'invalid directory error' throughout app!
I have not set a video folder in settings. I dont have/need/want one
So, if I happen to click on VIDEOS in the 'Browse By...' dialog, I get an error 'Invalid Directory'. This is OK. But now if I click on any other place (ALbums, Artist, etc.) I get the same error...

basically the status only shows files that have been added... so when you select your main music library it is going through all the files and deciding not to add them because they are already added, so you see no progress update... I will fix this... It does work like you think and will only add the new songs... Also I noticed if you try to hit close, it will not function, but once completed it will close really quick... I will fix this too...

I will look into it... I just got some files emailed to me... what paran0id said was interesting... not sure why it would read improperly for some... I am just hoping the files I get read improperly, if they read fine then it's got to be some type of encoding/localization thing...

I did a clean install of 1.4. I did not have 1.3 installed. Just clean XP with KLite codecs, PhoneControl, Freedrive and sorry Road Runner.
I will try to install 1.3 and run 1.4 over it. Maybee that will solve it.

Problem reading APE Tags
Doesn't seem to read APE tags correctly, it comes up with a bunch of "unknown". I have re-tagged the file but it still doesn't work, these tags do read correctly in other applications. First image is MP3 with ID3v1, second image is MPC with APEv2... the MPC file is the same one I emailed you before, if you want to test it.

you sure that's 800x600? I run 800x600 fine and the images you have posted don't appear to be 800x600... Here is a screenshot if it running 800x600 on my machine... I also loaded it up in 640x480 and looks good to... everything fit... not sure whats going on, but something's not set or working like it should for you...
