This is probably a known issue, but here goes
When the NAV has a route set and it is giving (voice)instructions and has paused the music - hitting the next button unpauses the music and as the instruction ends it pauses the music again.
This is prolly the way it has always been, but it's a ***** when the nav is constantly giving instructions - you never know when she'll start blabberin' again!

We're going to be distributing the Australian version of CF. I'm testing the maps at the moment. As soon as the comercial version of CF is released, you will be able to purchase the whole lot!

Disable phone in RC2 until I post a fix or an update, there was an issue with the installer and some files are missing...
The letters might be because of the sticky button problem, I'm looking into this... This is a feature of all list views where you can hold down your finger/mouse on a list view, then letters will appear, then move down/up and the letters will change, when you let go it will jump to the first instance of that letter in the list view...
Is the auto switching of skins turned on? If not then cut it off and see if your problem stops... The stock day skin is white and the night skin is dark, but if you leave auto switching off it should stay the standard skin...
There are a few other issues so we are working to get an update and another release out quickly to fix the major issues that were found with RC2...

Bunch of bugs:
The Track Sort feature is broken in RC2.
I have the "Track Sort" feature turned on in Audio settings. I have a hard disk formatted FAT32 (FAT32 doesn't auto-sort directory entries alphabetically, unlike NTFS) full of MP3 and FLAC files whose file names are like this:
Song Name - 01.flac
Song Name - 02.mp3
etc...
They have ID3 info with the title the same as the file name (minus the extension). When I browse to the directory of the album I want to play in Centrafuse via 'Music Paths', and then play the directory, the tracks are unsorted in semi-random order.
Another bug is that if single-click is on, you can't page through lists of items - the down or up button always gets 'stuck' and scrolls all the way up or down.
Another bug is that I want the ability to type in the text for a new voice prompt. I don't want to be forced to record a new prompt (which always comes out mangled but usually working).
Another bug is that during install, after I went through setup, it asked me to 'Update Library'. I clicked 'cancel' since I always use Music Path browsing, and so didn't want to wait while 15,000 MP3 files were categorized. It hung after cancel. I killed and reran the process, went through setup again, hit cancel again; this time it proceeded after about a 15-second hang.

It first cut outs for a second as if its going to switch stations, and then plays the previous station for 5 or so seconds before you hear the station you clicked on. A little strange.
Otherwise it works, aside from losing the channel listing if you mess with the settings at all.

This bug isn't probably related to CF, but I was hoping that the commercial release wouldn't have this sort of thing on it:
Here in Finland we have 2 official languages, finnish and swedish. Swedish is a clear minority. Therefore, our cities and roads have two names - in finnish and swedish. So, in Destinator 6 all the names are mixed up - some of the cities(and probably roads too) turn up only in swedish names, not in finnish. When looking for address some cities don't turn up because they are in swedish only. Now I can't possibly know all the swedish versions of the cities and roads. This wasn't a problem in previous destinator versions.
I hope this is just because Destinator 6 isn't fully compatible with CF(This has happened with both RC1 and RC2) and the commercial version of CF would work without this kind of problems.
David, if you have map of Finland of the CF's commercial version, test if it has a city called Turku or Hanko - I can't find them in Dest 6 (just with their swedish names Åbo and Hangö)

If you don't let Centrafuse read all your tags, there will be no track sorting... This is all done with the library after the tags are read... If you are just playing from music directories then it will just play in the order it reads them...
single click issues are known...
I will look into the hang on cancel on the tag reader...

There is some extra time because it creates the buffer and pre-records a second or two after it switches the station and then plays from the buffer...
I will look into speeding it up...

But can't you have it sort the tracks it reads if you do play-by-directory? It should be no more than a couple lines of code - take the list of files read from disk and sort by filename (or track name). Otherwise that feature is useless. I have way too much music to navigate via the artist/album/etc. interface (> 15,000 tracks), I have my own multi-level directory heirarchy with genre, etc. The only way I can use this product is if I'm allowed to play by directory, and without sorting, I can't do that. It's not viable just to say "in the order it reads them" since this order will be different depending on the filesystem used (and only FAT32 is usable for removable hard disks).

whoa... I'm with Merzbow on this one.
I never noticed this 'cause I loaded my tracks in album order onto a fresh drive, but this will quickly become an issue.

I will look into adding something to sort when playing by directories... This is not the way it was really designed to work, but added for those users that do not like to read their music into a library...
I use to play that way until I fixed all my tag information... It shouldn't be a big deal to add...
