This is also happening to me, however i do not need to miss the call. When i get a call the music stops, the voice says who is calling, but the dialog box that would prompt me to pickup the call or not never actually draws on the screen. I use a sony ericsson s710a (select s700i in phoneco setup), I do not have a bluetooth headset and selected do nothing with headset in the phone control setup.

oddly enough it worked once or twice when i first setup CF RC3 the only thing I can think of that I changed since then was the DUN settings for my phone as I was tring to figgure out the already noticed and posted bugs there.. I have the DUN working with the dialog box for that displaying properly, I only sometimes get the hang after it connects....

Which skin are you using? The dialog should never not show you the image...

Good morning Mr. David! I have a piece of additional info and two "something new"s for ya':

CF is setting MIC Level to 50 on start.
Startup location shows blank if configured for anything other than "Main Menu". I think it's literally "anything" - it's everything I've tried so far. This is a display-only bug, and will show itself after setting the option, then exiting CF and restarting.
Additional info: The "mouse cursor on after hibernate" isn't really "after hibernate", but something is definitely turning it back on. I THINK it has to do with CF not turning it off after a missing the subclassing of an external application. i.e., I have a couple of apps that load fairly slow on my machine, slow enough that seemingly CF is timing out on waiting for them so it won't try to subclass them. When this happens, it doesn't know when the app terminates, so I _think_ it misses turning the mouse cursor back off. I'm still playing with it.

onyx (reg not blue) day and night... I believe it happens with both, I know it happens with the day skin... I will test the night one..

no specific thread, not making too many more additions that are not already on the future features list until the application is finished, but if you post a thread about a suggestion I will read it and possibly at it to the bottom of the future features list...

The goal here is no bugs before features...

Yes, I will share the skin once it is done. This is my personal mod for 800x600 resolution, so some buttons I don't need have been edited out (volume+&-, mute, dim screen, cd-playlists). I use cf as my media center at home, so navigation and all other car related screens will not be edited. You'll have to do that yourself (But it should be easy

). My current deadline is the first retail release of CF.

CF just crashed while ejecting a playlist and loading another. Did this before, but I thought I did something wrong, now it happend again so I blame CF. Error log reads:

ya whenever i start it and it shows nothing in my media manager, whenever i load up somethin, it shows like 4-10 things in the manager (which when i take em off the manager theres nothing in them)

also rc4 is going to be a install over rc3 thing right? not uninstall or anything?

should have the first run at testing the updater very soon... working on it now...

Tiny bug:

In OSK, when hold clicking the Delete key, it should BEEP when it enters into CLEAR mode. (Hold-Clicking for 3 secs clears the input, but no audible feedback is given). Just thought it would be nice to standardize on hold-clicks giving audible feedback

Another one:

If you delete all your EQ Presets, then at that point you try to add a new Preset and it does not save it.

FYI, I had deleted all the presets manually from the Presets folder within Windows, but I assume the same problem will occur if you delete them via CF...

I assume you deleted custom.xml in the presets folder... This file is neccesary for the application to work... It should actually be placed in the system folder... It stores the settings as you move the sliders around and is where everything is saved from...

if you just remove from the GUI then all is fine...
