Well I'm using Freedom skin and it is flash based and for some reason it uses 100% of my memory all the time and I can click on a song and it'll take 2 seconds before it actually changes to that song.. with CF it changed pretty much automatically.

That's a flash problem, not RR. I had one flash skin that was HORRIBLE that way. Try another skin and see, it should be fast on just about any system.
I still like using CF better now though!

O i know it is the flash that is causing the slowness.. well actually my computer not being able to handle the skin, but I had a non-flash based skin that worked perfectly... I also do like CF better aslong as I can get it to work!!

Have you also had trouble with sound being gone on resume from hibernate/standby? If so, did this seem to be fixed also?

My sound worked after coming back from hibernate this morning so I would say yes the problem is fixed.
The only thing we CANNOT do is control the Rear/Sub volume levels, which is fine with me. I love having CF back > RR so I don't care.

I am happy with this since I have 8 am classes everyday this semester so I start my car 5-10 minutes early to warm it up in the cold and don't want to wake my neighbors.
FYI I do have Autoplay music ON.
