Got it. you say you can remove the top buttons without altering the skin. I'll take a look at this!

Is there a way to hide the top menu bar (like the second picture you have shown) but keep the zoom, menu and mute buttons on the screen?

The zoom, menu and mute buttons are apart of iGuidance and are always there unless you use Resource Hacker to remove them. The plugin top buttons can be toggled on or off in the settings of the plugin in v1.0
