Can someone make a phone plugin?
... imo phonecontrol.net is crap.. he cant get his **** together.. and well.. isen't phonecontrol.net + the $ of centrafuse? Why dont someone just make a simple phone plugin and save us money?

I had the same problems... when I discovered PhoneControl.NET few years ago I was not able to use it since yesterday! I tried with Nokia 6230, 6230i, right now I have 6233. I recently changed my bluetooth USB dongle for the one that supports Widcomm version 3 from default. But still, things didn't work.
Yesterday I registered to PhoneControl.NET forum and zorro helped me to solve the problem in about a hour. He really takes care. I am sure he will help you too, just cooperate... describe your problems, send him log file etc...
Right now everything works for me in his standalone PhoneControl.NET application. There are few issues in Centrafuse (like dialed/missed/received lists are empty, incoming call) but in standalone everything works like a dream now!

Why don´t you write the plug-in?
Because you cant, neither can i and neither can hundreds of other people. How much work do you think is involved in connecting to hundreds of different phones, research, work, design, testing, blablablablabla

It wouldn't save you any money with Centrafuse, PhoneControl is included in XLE whether you use it or not...
And you started the thread with very negative comments about another software, which is unproductive...
This thread will stay as a thread about a new phone plugin, first sign of flaming or negative comments and it will be deleted...

Zoran was VERY helpful when I talked to him about my troubles. It's a difficult program to write, but I think he's done a wonderful job writing it. Setting up the program can be tricky, but I'd still give Zoran an A+ and the software itself an A-.

have a look at an RRplugin called rrmobile, although it is designed as a plugin for RR it can also be used standalone.
It is still early days, but it is free and looks promising.
