Does anyone use MapPoint??

Hello,

Im a former SD user and was able to get MP to work as described on CF. But really its a non funtioning plug in.

Is there anyone that can finish the plugin? Its already been started but im not sure if that even means much. I would love to see CF and mappoint working together.

If anyone is indeed interested in improving MapPoint integration, the current plugin's source code is available in the Centrafuse SDK.

i noticed this is a little old but yeah, i use mappoint on CF.

i've been using it for a couple of weeks, i think it works pretty nice.

i downloaded the mappoint plugin from the centrafuse site and fired it up. haven't had a problem yet.

what sort of improvements are you guys thinking of?

I'd love to get my hands on the mappoint plugin. It's not on their site for download now.

If someone can post the mappoint for download, you'd be VERY appreciated.

I found it in the SDK and attached the plugin.

Instructions:

1 - Exit CF
2 - Extract the archive to the CF/plugins directory
3 - Start CF
4 - Go to the "Settings"/"Navigation"
5 - Select "MapPoint" (4th page of options)
6 - Save your settings
7 - Start using MapPoint!!!

Did you go to the Advanced Settings by either:

a) click/hold the '+' button on the screen for 6 seconds
b) add the '-advsettings' option to the command line
