I tried them all out. I like "blue nite1" the best, but there are pieces of "copy of blue nite1" and "copy of bluedevil" that I like too.

I would love to see the media screen enlarged so that it doesn't have that stupid 10-pixel boarder of the Home/Apps screen behind it.

The text definatly needs to contrast the background like in "blue nite1" (unlike most of the others).

I like the silver menus in "blue nite1" as well as the gray menus of "copy of blue nite1". The dark-gray menus in "bluedevil" look cool, but are too dark to be readable.

I definatly like the old buttons better than the new round ones. I would like to see the left and right groups of 3 in a slightly different shade than the middle 5.

For the Home/Apps, lose the default button background. Your text on a picture looks way better.

10 lines in a list is awesome!

I can't wait to see what you will do in the upcomming weeks. Keep up the good work.

I'll check them out against your comments later, I don't remember which skins had which atributes off hand... I do know that I need to do some font color work... the orange one has all the fonts done but none of the others are 100% yet.....I don't like the original buttons on the home screen either... thanks for the input

what do you think of the new side buttons of the skin with the new round lower buttons.... I love the way they look like they illuminate when down... I never was too thrilled with the originals... although they did look very professionally done...

I really like the new round buttons on the bottom, but I have to do some work to keep them ,as you can see there not mapped right... If I have to build a new voice button I will probably just redo all the buttons over again with my own design... I'm sure that's what will eventually happen.... stay tuned

I've been all over with this & working on many things at once... playing & learning.... I will eventually finish some skins to perfect... or at least my idea of it... give it a little time

man, skins are so necissary at this point.... I can't use cf with the original blue ice WS in my car..... just way too white......

Yeah... as I said, I expect it will be 2 or 3 weeks before your really have one finalized. For now, I'm very happy with using the one that you gave me a while back in my car (even though all of the button highlights are square).

Keep playing and learning what you can do with the XML file. As I said, I would love to enlarge the media-player that little extra bit to get rid of the Home/Apps siluet along the edges of it.

As for the new left-nav and bottom buttons, they are just not my style. I have always liked the default CF look. I also kinda like the Audi TT skin look, but your bubbles and circles just don't do it for me. On the other hand, the top bar definitely needs a change and I kinda like what you have done with that, though it wouldn't exactly fit with the default bottom and left, so it would have to be tweaked to be somewhere in the middle.

O.K., got one for you rpm.....

this skin is based on blue nite 1, but has 10 lines viewable & I streached the media window to fully cover the graphic.... which is also a shot that you provided.... streaching the media window ment having to fix all the possitioning for the buttons to in the xml.... good practice..... I'm just about ready to do my custom 800X1280 skin.... just a lot of editing with that...

I've been busy this week & haven't had much time to screw with these....

The archive does not work. I tried renaming it to .RAR also which allowed me to view the contents, but when I try to extract any of the files it tells me it is corrupt.

Yeah, don't know what happened, I tried dl'ing it in my car & got the corrupted file msg too...I did have issues uploading it, .. I'll re-upload it soon

ok, just dl'd to car... it works now..... the visualization is slightly off position in the xml's... didn't notice this till in the car..... I'll fix that... let me know what else needsto be done.....
