Anyone interested?
I am thinking of selling my BookPC. Let me know if you are interested. Here are the details:
BookPC Home Entertainment System. 466 Celeron, 128 MB RAM, 10GB HD, DVD. Built-in TV out, 10/100 Network, 56K Modem, Printer port, 2 USB Ports, Digital/Analog Audio out. Dimensions: 11 3/4" x 10 3/4" x 3 1/4"
You can see pictures of it at: www.whipflash.com
It is a couple years old and has a few paint nicks and stuff on it, but other than that it is in good shape. Unfortunatly the wireless remote and keyboard were stolen, so I don't have then anymore.
Not sure of a price to ask for cause I am in Canada and I suspect most of you are in the US, so there are some differences in prices. If you ARE interested, let me know and we can talk price.
Cheers!

JUST got my claim finished yesterday. They gave me what I was looking for, BUT I have to buy a "LCD Monitor with Housing". And to buy one at an ICBC approved shop up here will be double-triple what I paid for it. So right now I have a few options:
1)Beg for them to let me buy something else with the claim. (ICBC shops say this never happens anymore)
2)See if I can buy something off the web again, and have them pay me back. (I highly doubt they will go for this)
3)Get a buy out (Told you lose a lot of the claim)
4)"SKEW" the term "LCD Monitor with Housing" and go to Futureshop and buy a 15inch LCD monitor for my home computer hehehe (This may be the way to go)
Other than that, yeah doing pretty good, ran into Sleeka last week. Chatted a bit with him, talking about another meet maybe.

Yup, that is the whole story.
As far as the box, works fine, actually has about 4or so GB of MP3s on it too. Just think I am gonna go the in-dash MP3 way.
I also have 2 USB to Serial cables as well (cause the box doesn't serial ports), a Pioneer Steering wheel remote and an IRMAN. Haven't even thought about selling those, so whoever buys the box can make me an offer on the other stuff as well.
Peace.
