P266 MMX All-in-one mobo WITH LCD CONTROLLER onboard $50 shipped
This thing is awesome. I'm keeping 3 for myself.. Anyway, it's real small (about 9"x6"x1"), has 2 pcmcia, usb, ps2, 1 serial, 1 parallel, vga, video-in, lcd controller onboard, output for lcd inverter, sound, AND it takes 9-14 volts so you should be able to hook it up to your car directly. For $50 shipped I have one that include the board, 64mb memory, the connector for audio and videoin (very small connector, I had to get it through sample) and the connector for the laptop IDE interface (44 pins with smaller gap than normal IDE). You will have to hookup the wires yourself, but I include everything you need for the connector side.
Tested and works perfectly..

5.6" LCD Touchscreen Overlay - $30 shipped
Overlay that will go perfectly over the NTSC 5.6" LCD panels to make them touchscreen.. i don't have a controller, but I'm sure u can get one ebay for cheap.. I think its a 4 wire resistive.

LCD Backlight Inverters (65PWB31) - $8 shipped (or discount if larger quantity)
NEC Backlight inverter that has 2 outputs (good for those dual backlighted LCDs). I think it provides up to 1200volts so should be good for the bright LCDs.. Small compared to the other inverters I've seen, so thats a plus..

Noritake 40x2 VFDs (CU40026SCPB-T20A) - $35/$45 shipped
I have 3 of these with all the relevant connectors included (IDC to hookup to VFD, and a parallel hood+port to hookup to computer, and the ribbon cable to go inbetween) so all you have to do is make the cable (pinouts are available). I have 1 that is prewired ready to go. Looking to get $40 shipped for the bare ones and $55 shipped for the prewired one.

Things I'd consider trading for:
- slim slotload DVD (with any connectors needed to connect to desktop mobo)
- the 128x64 VFD on ebay (incase one of you got one but don't want it anymore)
- 4 channel car amp
