I can finally say that I have this thing working!!! I finally got the hirose cable and VGA cables rigged up. It seems to work pretty good... other than there seems to be really small lines running through the screen.. it's hardly noticable at all but it's like you're looking at one of those old TVs that has the lines running across it.. all the way up and down covering the screen. I am running winXP and went into Advanced video properties and went to List All Modes and I selected a 640 by 480, High Color (16 bit), 60 Hertz option. That made it look a hole lot better.. I'm wondering if it's the Hertz thing or the bit thing maybe? I dunno... anyways, I'm just glad it's working now. !!!

Hey Jason,
Any idea why when I hook this controller to my Sharp lcd panel I get a decent picture but it has lines running horizontally all across it, up and down the picture. I thought it might be some interferance in the small cables that I made, so I wrapped them all in foil real good and had the same problem. If there was a problem with my vga cable, then there would be a problem bigger than this, right? Maybe it is what setting I have it set to on the computer? I set it to 640x480 at 16bit color, 60hz... I don't know what else to try.. Any ideas?
THANKS
