This is a NEW, never out of the box, WinTV USB TV and FM radio tuner. You can watch TV, listen to FM radio, snap video images, and videoconference over the internet. The model # is 621. Reason for sale is I decided to go a diffrent route. Tried to sell on ebay but nonpaying bidder never payed. Paypal Prefered. Make some OFFERS!!!

is it country specific?
Cani use it in Australia where we have a PAL system?
or is it for NTSC only?

DDT - Were you satisfied with your unit? I've heard horror stories about audio and video getting out of sync and stuff.. Did you have any issues with yours?

I had no issues @ all. Maybe I was lucky, but then again I'm no longer using it. I put it in a friends car. He hasn't reported anything though. |
