Sorry, somehow cant seem to access my PM. Sounds great, $50 is a fair price. Before I paypal you, can you answer me a few questions?

You soldered the cable directly onto the Drive?
There is no adapter?
I guess all these can be answered if you posted up some pictures.

Thanks and sorry for the confusion.

If I must then I will post some pictures tomorrow. With the adapter you have to solder on two wires for power. I guess I'll post pictures tomorrow.

I'm not sure anymore. The place I bought it is out of them. The adapter you can buy online. Adapter alone is $30.

I am new to this and I didn't know that there are adapters that have to go with certain cd/dvd roms.

I just bought this dvd rom > http://www.dvcentury.com/Merchant2/m...EE+SHIPPING%5D

and got this adapter for it > http://www.bonuscable.com/product_in...roducts_id=751

Does anyone know if they are compatible? I have the M10000 with Travla C134 case.

Thanks!

maybe you could post the name of the item or a model number so we could search. I like thatyou have to solder on the power. It keeps a low profile then.
