Cheap 5.6 In-dash Monitor, Power Acoustik DVD player, FM Modulater
Don't really know if there's intersest on this board for this type of equipment, but I'm tired of looking at this stuff and I also need some money. Anyways here goes before it hits ebay.....
Get your mobile video up and running for $225. The indash monitor is some debadged no name brand I got off ebay back in December. Had it installed and it worked great, but by mid January I had already decided to go with a carputer type of setup. Anyways it comes with box, harness, credit card remote and unit. It is a partially motorized unit that comes out on it's own and once out you just flip it up. The dvd player's model number PADVD330. This has a remote receiver that can be velcroed anywhere in the car for installation flexibility. Comes with box, full funcitonal remote, wires and cables, and the unit. This player is very small and has the awesome function that allows the player to start where the movie left off when the player loses power; meaning you don't have to start the movie over or go through the menu all over again when the player is turned off it will pick up right where you left off. Again I only had this unit in operation for about a month and it does have many other features. Lastly the modulater. It is what it is and if you have a head unit without audio inputs it will allow you to get the sound from the dvd player through the car speakers.
Bits of info: the wiring included for the dvd player is for hardwiring, but if you have a cig adapter(don't know why you'd want to use that)that will work also. The indash monitor also can operate as head unit because it has am/fm radio. Also it has a black casing and the dvd player is whitish/sivler.
