FS: 7" Lilliput LCD w/ touchscreen

Posted this before, but here goes:

I have a 7" Lilliput LCD screen w/ touchscreen for sale. This came of my Jetta GLX. I had hacked off the buttons from the front bezel of the LCD's to fit into the dash of my console. However, I have purchased a whole new case for the Lilliput, so the whole unit looks as good as brand spanking new.

The screen and touchscreen work flawlessly, and it will come to you in its original packaging with all of the original accesories (including the egg power adapter, the wall power adapter, the stand, the remote, and USB/VGA cable).

I'm asking for $225 shipped or best offer.

Interested in any trades? I have a complete desktop computer for sale. We could do something like your screen + $50 for my computer. Details on computer are here:

voidunknown: Thanks for the offer, but I'm really not interested in any trades at the moment.

vile: I've had this screen for about three months. However, I only had it installed in my Jetta for a little more than a week before my accident, and it's been unused since.

So do you have pics of this unit with the housing back on it?

EDIT: I'm hinting that I want to buy it if it looks good

Man, some people in this thread are to quick to jump in others **** for little to no reason at all. So what if he is new, we all were at one time. He just said he has a screen to sell, modded the old case, put it in a new one, and wants to sell it. Now, to clear all doubts a picture is better than a thousand words. Give em a break and stop being bullys.

Thanks for the support, although I don't think I was the one being called a newbie.

In any case, yes I was in an accident. It was a little more than a fender bender, but with the way I hit was just enough to bend and strip a motor mount (on Jetta's they are made of aluminum)-- hence, an engine swap was in order. The insurance company figured it was cheaper to total the car than it was to swap engines and other associated work.

The Lilliput was in great shape... except for the hacked case (which I've since replaced with a brand new case) I tested it fully everything worked just like new after the accident, and after I replaced the new case.

Anyways, the Lilliput as of right now is sold. Thanks for the interest, everyone.

EDIT: I think I'll take a post a few pictures of the unit tonight just for the heck of it...

I dont mind being called a newb. Ive been reading this forum for a while I just never got around to planning or starting a project, now that I have , I signed up.

I got a few thousand posts on 2gnt.com , a few thousand more on DSMTuners, a few thousand more at......it doesnt matter.

Im old, and been to more then one forum in my day, I just dont like people assuming someone is going to rip them off for no reason, its not like you hid the fact the car was in an accident.

glad to see you're ok and everything , and also pleased you sold the unit.
