These things are awesome! It's got WAAS, will track better than pretty much any other GPS out there. I've got one, I'm not sure if it's the HVS version. I've got a serial version, never have any problems with hibernation. I purchased an RS-232 to RJ-45 plug and put the pins to the right locations, and I'm powering it out of my OPUS supply. It's under the dash and I don't have any problems with it there, ti's pretty big though, so make sure you've got the room for it.

Yeah, with the WAAS its a really good receiver. The HVS version can be powered by anything unregulated from 6 to 40 Vdc, so perfect for 12volt. I got the magnetic mount for attaching to the roof cause its a waterproof design (its included in my auction, both brand new). Here's the manufacturer pic, and you can see a picture of mine on my ebay link.

I am just using a Neo jukebox for mp3 instead of a computer these days. http://www.sounddomain.com/id/qx498

I should mention that while I'm required to ask a flat amount here (cause its a rule), the ebay auction starts at $24.99 and has no reserve.

The price is a whopping $26 with one day left. There is no reserve, so top bid wins no matter how low (and I sure hope not this low).

I have a picture posted too at http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dl...me=STRK:MESE:IT

The ebay auction has 1.5 hours left with a price of only $31. Since there is no reserve, I'm gonna be stuck with this insanely low price. So if you're interested in a really good GPS receiver please buy this. Pretty please.
