FS: ITPS shutdown controller and PW-70a MINI-ITX power supply

Recently switched to a different power supply and am selling my old setup. Here are the details:

PW-70a Mini-ITX Power Supply
Compact design, less cables. The PW-70A is the only cableless mini-atx dc to dc power supply for the VIA platform. Compatible with an entire range of mini-itx motherboards such as VIA EPIA M 6000, EPIA M 9000 or EPIA-M 10000 provides cool, silent power for your small mini-itx board from a single 12V power source.
Reduce space. Eliminate 20 unnecessary wires by connecting directly into the motherboard ATX connector. The PW-70A 12V dc-dc converter was designed from ground up to fit VIA's mini-itx form factor, allowing case designers to save space while not compromising power requirements.
Cool power. Operating at only 12V, the PW-70 dc-dc quiet power supply converter generates up to 100W of power. The PW-70A provides plenty of power for your CPU and peripherals. Designed to meet the most demanding fanless power operations the PW-70A dc-dc converter delivers cool power for ultra compact, light designs.
100% Silent. The PW-70A mini PSU is a 100% silent dc to dc solution. No fans, no noise, just power for your silent and small PC.

ITPS Shutdown Controller
Auto Power Sequencer and Low Dropout Regulator
While many DC-DC converters can operate directly from a 12 V source, it is a good idea to regulate the car 12 V output prior to applying it to the input of the DC-DC converter. Cars do have voltage regulation. However, in some instances the voltage can spike up as high as 18-20 V, activating over-voltage protection circuitry on the DC-DC converter as well as on your motherboard.

Since a typical car voltage is in between 13.4-14.5 V, an LDO (low dropout) regulator can be used to provide a clean 12 V output. This unit was designed to work with a wide variety of ATX DC-DC converter boards as well as with other computers systems operating at 12V. The main purpose of this board is to provide power sequencing and strict 12V regulation functions for automotive systems. The ITPS unit is composed of several functions.

1) Reverse protection and resetable fuse. This function provides reverse polarity protection in case the power leads are accidentally reversed. The Polyfuse, F1 will protect against currents greater than 8A.
2) MCU. The 8 bit Microchip controller is at the heart of ITPS. The MCU controls timing and sends signals to the power switch MOSFET and controls the motherboard ON/OFF switch based on status of ignition key.
3) Power MOSFET switch circuit. Q2, the power MOSFET, controlled by the MCU, provides ON/OFF switching to the main power line. When used alone, this MOSFET can switch currents in excess of 20A.
4) LM-1084 LDO regulator. The LM-1084 is a low dropout voltage IC that provides further regulation for the ATX DC-DC converters or any other device in need of regulation. In case 12V regulation is not needed, the LM-1084 can be bypassed by applying a solder bump
5) PS-ON. The PS-ON circuit triggers the motherboard ON/OFF switch for 'soft' start/stop sequences. PSON is activated 5 seconds after the Ignition circuit is turned on and 10 seconds after the ignition turned OFF.
---------------------------------------------------------------------

The retail on these items is $45.95 for the PW-70a and $39.00 for the ITPS (mini-box.com). I'll accept the following:

$35 for PW-70a shipped
$30 for ITPS shipped
$60 for both shipped

Note that I've also put quick disconnects on the ends of the electrical lines, and lengthened the Molex connector on the PW-70a to allow for a more flexible setup. Pics to follow shortly.
