I've done a few trades with Rafster, high value items, never had a problem. If it's screwed up it isn't because of him, give it some time and let him look in to it.

USPS sometimes loses packages 
It took me like 1.5 weeks to get some ram from Rafster, eevn though he's 200 miles away.
