FS: Mobile Sempron 3000+, 2x256MB SODIMM DDR 333

Hi guys, I have decided to upgrade my laptop crap a bit so I will shortly have half year used AMD Mobile Sempron 3000+ CPU and 2 256MB SODIMM modules available for sale. I dont know how much to ask for it yet, this is just to find out whether there is an interest on the this forum.
Is anyone potentially interested?

Thats what I am not sure of... it came with my Aspire 3000 laptop, thats all I know. I am planning to take pic of the CPU label the day I get my replacement CPU. Maybe someone will be able to tell.

here is the 25W http://www.eclipsecomputers.com/prod...-MS30-25&af=50

they may also do the other but at least you will be able to check the model number. some CPU-ID software might tell you.
