I've been waiting patiently, and just dont want to wait too long as to let everything fizzle out!
thanks again!
The order has been placed for 12 lenses. My cost is $13.37 each. I figure an even $15 will almost completely cover the cost of PayPal and First Class Postage for US destinations.
If you care to send a paymeny in anticipation of delivery, I'd appreciate it.
Sorry I dragged my feet so long on this one folks!

hehe, i'm sure we can alter a nitemax to do that.
But this is my question: if i can't see underwagter worth beans for more than...10 ft or so, how is my underwater camera going to do that??? I mean, putting a light source and dunking it underwater...you might as well have a worm and hook on it too
that'stwo great finds in 10 mins by the nitemax crew...

Yep, they laughed at Thomas Edison too...
Just you wait, I gonna build a submarinePC with a 500,000 watt IR emitter array and do underwater tours and **** off St. Thomas.
Anyone know what subs are good to put PCs in?
Seriously, I would question the visiblity under murky water. If you dropped it in a pool at night, OK, but in a lake? Duuno about that one, magnified silt I suppose.
Also, the optical geek in me is tired, but light, wavelengths, etc are measured in a vacuum to the best of my knowledge. I wonder if the index of the water would need to be factored in to get the proper wavelength of IR...
Oh well, just one more mystery to solve on the subPC

you know what would be cool...building a sub you can control with your carpc. I mean, i'm still wondering how you could remotely control as i'm not sure how water will affect the wifi signal, but hey, would be fun!

As of April 26, 2006 this was the answer was

I am pretty sure his status is still the same. Pretty much you can have a camera that needs the a battery (maybe) lens (for sure). The issue is you have to have a regulated (computer power supply etc) 12 volt source to run the camera since it he doesn't have any power supply boards left.
Hope that helps you out, and I am sure Mark will let you know if the status has changed or if I posted something incorrect. Mark has been a great person to deal with so far!
