This laptop is 100% functional and looks good too. The battery holds a charge for 30 mins or so depending on how you are useing it. Perfect for not shutting down you CarPC when starting your car. Rom drive works, keyboard works and has no worn keys. I've already modded this laptop for a remote switch. It looks nice and it works great too. Press the button and it will boot the PC, shutdown windows, put windows into hibernate or bring windows out of hibernate. (All dependin how how you set it in the power management) Works good. Had it in my car, but selling many lots of stuff to help with expenses for a new house. As with most of these models (Presario 700) it has cracks in the top lid plastic. I renforced these cracks with pieces of hard plastic and epoxy. (on the inside behind the LCD screen) It appears to be doing just fine. System will come preloaded with a legal copy of windows XP home, winamp, netstumbler, express rip and SP2.
