this is what i found for description and specs

Prepare to be amazed! At first glance, the DEHP-8500MP appears to be a sleek, no-frills CD player. With a touch of a button, the brushed aluminum face slides down to reveal a second face! Best of all, the second face features Pioneer's cutting edge Organic EL Display. The large secondary face's high-res display will amaze you with its full motion animated 3D graphics. There are even screensavers built-in! Pioneer’s legendary Supertuner III ensures top-notch radio reception and features 24-station presets. CD playback is also cutting edge: AGC (Automatic Gain Control) ensures optimal CD tracking performance and playback is compatible with Digital Audio CD-R and CD-RW (when disc is finalized), as well as MP3 and WMA files. The CD section also features disc-title memory and CD-text decoder. The DEH-P8500MP uses Pioneer’s IP-Bus system for seamless interfacing with optional multi-disc changers, voice commander controllers, and TV tuners. If you plan on using this receiver to power a set of speakers, Pioneer’s exclusive MOSFET50 amplifier will amaze you with its power output and performance. A low-pass crossover with 18dB/octave slope is also built-in for the ultimate in upgrade flexibility. Pioneer’s exclusive EEQ circuitry allows for quick adjustment to the five factory and two user defined EQ presets. Pioneer’s Automatic Sound Levelizer reduces the effects of road noise so you’ll hear nothing but sweet tunes from your stereo. Comes complete with wireless remote.

That's a very old model. And they only go for 200+ on ebay... not 300 dollars!
I had one for 3 years. It's nice... but old now

If it had the ability to take in 2 aux input sources I'd make a deal with you. They are nice HU's.

I'd buy it... it's a really nice deck. Too bad I already have a pretty alright Pioneer. How much would you let it go for ? I definetly wouldn't pay more than 200 for it...
