FS: GPS, Tiny Carputer, TS overlay, Thumbdrive, Etc!

Hey everyone.. I'm throwing my entire carputer system up for sale here. I'm getting out of the hobby for the time being and everything is for sale! I don't do the whole dibs thing. If someone wants it, and they have the cash.. then it's theirs. the only thing I'm really open to trade for is possibly a bluetooth GPS (Can PDA's use usb GPS mice??), or a decent unlocked CDMA phone.. but really, I'd just rather cash. For references, check Jared-A-Savage on ebay.. or ask around the forums for people I've dealt with. :p Prices include canadapost/usps insured shipping in north america unless you live in some freaky *** place that rapes for shipping. :o

aim: HexFive (prefer msn.. don't really use this much anymore)

AyAy Sir GPS (Usb version) - 40$ Shipped SOLD!
Awesome GPS unit, very sensitive and quick. No issues with winxp hibernation, and it doesn't seem to draw much power. Very thin too, good for mounting in a car. Not sure why it looks sparkly in the middle picture. Thats the top of the unit, and it has a cast iron look to it. The flash reflected weird.

Delou GPS (Usb version) - 35$ Shipped

Good little GPS that served me well. Not as sensitive as the AyAy, but works well just the same. The cable is Seriously long. I'd say at least 12ft![/color]

512MB Kingston Datatraveler USB thumbdrive. - 25$ Shipped
Good condition, didn't see much use since my mp3 player also works as a thumb drive. Good for getting new files onto your carputer. :)

Complete Compact Carputer - 200$ Shipped SOLD!
I built this thing and custom ordered every little part specifically with size in mind. This was my baby. How it's built, all the wires are routed very cleanly. The processor gets it's own air straight from the top vents and cools everything around it. This whole system stays very cool. The harddrive and power supply have a channel with a small 40mm fan that blows fresh air over both of them seperately. The power is supplied through thumbscrew terminals on the back of the unit. I will include my 8 gauge power cables for connecting it as well. There is a quick connect plug which I have setup for ignition signal in, and for amp start signal out. (Has space for power and hdd LEDs.. but I never hooked em up) The harddrive is mounted in such a way that it is physically isolated from vibrations in the case, which keeps it safe, and quiet. The hardware is comprised of:

- PCC M791G Flex-ATX motherboard (7"x9")
-s370 (CLE266/8235 chipset)
-4x USB 2.0
-Via 2ch Audio (uses Vinyl VT1612A chipset.. which seems to give really good quality. I've had no desire to upgrade to a better sound card. No noise problems, even when I use line-in. Also the voltage output is VERY high, seems about 3 times louder than my main system, so I have my amp's gain turned down real low. :))
-VGA (UniChrome 3D, nothing special here.. decent enough, though. Plays videos and AVS flawlessly. 1280x720 looks pixel perfect with the screen.)
-Serial
-Two PCI (One free, other used by wifi)
-10/100 Lan (VIA VT6103)
- Tualatin (P3-M tech) based Celeron 1400mhz with 256k cache (fast bugger.. almost ties my old athlon xp 1800+ in some benchmarks! Identicle to the coveted pentium 3 tualatins, but with 100mhz fsb insted of 133. Makes for a very quick chip.)
- 512mb DDR266 ram
- 120gb Seagate 7200.9 8mb cache HDD (Quick, Silent, Solid)
- M1-ATX powering the show, updated timings chip installed.
- Gigabyte WKPG 54g Ultraslim Wifi card

I think the best part about this system is that it draws very little power. Tested with my DMM it draws only 32w while playing mp3s in the frontend and Never goes over 40w under full load/musicgpsvideo/startup! This is the entire system here! If you're looking for epia size with proper performance, then this system should suite your tastes. It comes fully loaded and installed with everything thats on it, Roadrunner with MC2.0 skin, iGuidance NA, ~1000 albums, Windows XP, etc, already installed. This is for your convenience only. You must uninstall and delete everything which you do not own yourself. If there is any issue with this, I will ship it formated and blank. :P

4 Wire TS overlay - 35$ Shipped
Works perfectly, very responsive and tactile. Never had any issues of any sort with it. Even in -20c weather! lost my controller and am converting my lcd into a projector! No scratches or blemishes, and is the matte sort which reduces mirror like glare reflections.

Hi, the TS is originally from a linITX/Tview. It's very responsive and accurate, and I'm sure you'd be happy with it. I was using it previously at 1280x720, and never had any problems at all. Worked right away without calibration, and both the 4 and 25 point calibrations worked flawlessly.

Verified and confirmed paypal is jared.savage@gmail.com, shipping is included for canadapost/usps and so is insurance.

lmk,
-Jared
