10.4 roof mount screen with tv tuner 450??

Who would be interested in a really nice 10.4" NTSC/PAL flipdown monitor, with TV tuner and remote control for around 450$. They're really great screens, I just got one in from my manufacturer, and I'm sure I'll carry them eventually, but for now, Who thinks thats reasonable? You could also tear the unit apart and mount the screen in your dash, or wherever.
I'll take some pictures of the unit soon, I'm just testing the waters with this one.
