Thanks for that. I have a verified PayPal Account. If that's acceptable, I'll email you. Unfortunately it costs an arm and a leg to get parts in/to Australia no matter how you go about it. I guess that's why I'm here stalking the Classified section.

Whilst I have found you to be most courteous and considerate through our email correspondence, I must express my disappointment that you have not chosen to honour our agreement.

Through our 18 or so emails, I have advised you of the status of my PayPal funds every step of the way. Now to be told a day before my money clears that these items have been sold to another buyer is disconcerting.

It's sometimes very difficult to source reasonably priced components in Australia, and I guess that's why I've been searching the Classifieds section. It's a shame that you've gone in another direction for the sake of a day or two.

I guess I will have to keep searching for some other parts to buy with my "now cleared" paypal funds.

I wish you all the best with the remainder of your sales.

Once again, I'm very sorry you're disappointed. As I stated, there was a number of factors which led me to have to decline your offer. Among them included hassles of overseas shipping as well as waiting nearly a week after payment was promised but never receiving it. I understand that this is paypal's fault (not yours), but when I've got willing buyers here in the states that can pay now, I couldn't justify turning any more away (which I did, saying it was "pending sale" for days and days, with no payment that came. finally I got an offer that I decided I should take).

Good luck acquiring everything for your carputer!

Hey man, I am interested in your CarPC. I'm new to this whole thing...so is it fast enough to run typical things such as music/video/gps/all that jazz? Also, how big is it?

Yup, it sure is (some other ones are underpowered - this is definitely not). I've been using it as my carpc for the past few months in fact.

It's pretty big, I stored it in my trunk (hidden under the spare tire) and wired it up from there.
